Orders and products.
Order Acceptance Policy.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
SIPhawaii reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Our products are sold on a first come first serve base. When out of stock we will backorder or refund your money. No rain checks.
All our products are shipped from Hawaii to guarantee that they are fresh from the source and not have been shipped to and
shelved in a warehouse on the mainland.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of products, including the applicable colors;
however, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer system.
We cannot guarantee that the displayed colors on any screen are the actual colors of the product.
A few months before and after the festive season some coffee roasters and other manufacturers might display Christmas and or Seasonal
decorations on their packaging. During that period some products and coffee packs shipped to you might look different than the regular
packaging displayed on our web site. We cannot guarantee that we ship with, without or a mix of these decorations.
Packaging displayed on our pages might differ from the actual product that you receive.
Some manufacturers change their packaging from time to time without giving notice.
Sometimes we have to enhance pictures to make them more readable / presentable.
Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website.
We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings,
and directions before using or consuming a product.
Limits per Order.
Some products have a quantity limit per order as stated on the product pages.
If you require more than the stated quantity limit please place another order, go through the checkout again.

Your credit card details are not required when creating an account.
SIPhawaii reserves the right to limit quantities on orders.
If you order more than the limit then we reserve the right to ship the limited amount and refund the balance.

No Hawaiian sales tax is due to orders with a shipping/delivery address outside the State of Hawaii.
Orders for delivery within the State of Hawaii are subject to a 4.712% General Excise Tax on the product and shipping,
and will be added at checkout.
Order and Email confirmations.
All information regarding a password request, order, invoice and shipping notifications and other important
information will be sent by email only. Sometimes these emails may be caught by your "Spam Protection" tool,
or may be automatically sent to your "Junk" or "Bulk" email folder by your internet/email provider.
Please be sure to check those locations if you don't receive emails shortly after your order.
This is usually the case for all ecommerce.

SIPhawaii never adds 'additional charges' to the order total in your basket without the customers approval.
SIPhawaii can not charge customers extra because it never receives the credit card details; number, expire date and 3/4digit security code.
SIPhawaii only receives the billing and shipping address details, order details and approval message from your bank shortly after
you place an order.
Our credit card gateway Authorize.Net that, in conjunction with the US Merchant Systems (VISA and MasterCard) and American Express,
approves online credit/debit card purchases has assured us that they never impose additional charges on our customers.
If you receive an email or phone call mentioning additional charges please contact your bank immediately.
You might be subject to a fraud or bank charges for overdue payments, over the limit charges and/or be charged a higher interest rate - or other

Debit Card use.
Please be aware that any attempted purchase with a debit card (not just with SIPhawaii), even if the purchase is declined, might result in a
temporary hold of funds from the account by your bank. If the transaction is declined - for example: the billing zip or card code doesn't match-
the hold may not be released for several days by your bank. Declined charges might show up on your account as "pending" until the hold has been removed and the funds have been released back to the account by your bank. The time frame of the hold is determined solely by your bank.

International Shipping Quotations for large quantities of coffee.
A USPS flat rate box will hold maximum 12 packs of 7/8/10oz of coffee. Shipping rates as mentioned above.

Shipping international with FedEx and UPS costs more especially in larger quantities.

We ship with a carrier of our choice, usually U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) for regular size orders that fit in
one priority box/envelope or unless stated otherwise.

Shipping delays due to inspections by customs and security are beyond our control and might occur.

Due to price/size restrictions large orders could be split into two or more, separate, shipping packages.

All purchases from this web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss, delay or damage,

Although we pay attention to packaging SIPhawaii is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of the shipped products
(including melted, softened, discolored, broken products like chocolate, cookies, wax, glass, etc.).
The customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost/delayed shipments.
In such case we will provide the customer with 'proof of sale and shipping receipts' for his claim with USPS.

For diplomatic (DPO) and military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes USPS to get it to the APO / FPO / DPO
(two to four days), you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to the recipient.
This could be days or weeks. We cannot help speed up or track this process.
Tracking stops when the parcel has been delivered to the military or might not be available at all or incomplete.

SIPhawaii does not receive a copy of the notice and therefore is unable to be of assistance when a notice is left or missing.

International Orders - Customs and Import duties - taxes.
We ship online orders to your billing address only.
If your shipping address differs from your billing address we will ship to your billing address.
Our prices do not include any of foreign/overseas taxes and/or import duties (if any) and are the buyers responsibility.
Please inquire at your customs department about import documents taxes, duties and import restrictions (if any) regarding our products.
It's very hard for us to keep up to date with all the regulations in all countries and that are subject to change without notice to us.

Refund and Returns policy.
See also 'Final sales' and 'Bulk orders'. Our refund policy is that we will refund the purchase price of the product(s),
less the cost of shipping, of any unopened product or unused garment within 30 days of purchase that are not excluded under final sales.
Return mail will be the customers responsibility.
For fashion items a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price might apply.
Do not iron, treat, remove and/or reattach any tags from garments/fashion items or you will not qualify for a refund.
Before shipping fashion items are thoroughly checked for damages, spots, loose buttons, hemming, straps, properly working zips and locks.
Most of our garments are 100% cotton and are also wrinkle sensitive during packaging and shipping.
Please inspect your garment before ironing, wearing and removing tags.
Report any complaints within 48 hours of receipt to salessiphawaii·com.
Apply be email for a return number to returnssiphawaii·com before returning your purchase. Refunds will be paid by check only.
NO credit card chargebacks and or refunds will be given on parcels marked "Undeliverable as Addressed" by the carrier or as
a result of an error in the address supplied by the customer, the addressee not being present, failing to pick up at a PO Box,
refusing shipment at time of delivery, unfavorable weather conditions or for failure to obtain appropriate import license(s) on
International orders and or refusal to pay all import duties and or taxes imposed by customs, and/or impounding/delays of any length
by customs/security/carrier/airline for what ever their reason - including sudden strike action.
Re-shipping of returned orders is possible at cost plus a $ 5.00 handling fee.
Refund for cancelled orders before shipping.
Please note that we process and ship orders fast, 24/6, 4 times a day.
If you regret your purchase don't feel embarrassed to cancel by phone or email. You don't have to explain your reason.
Refunds will be paid by check only, less credit card commissions and fees charged to SIPhawaii.
It will take a week before we can issue a check. Checks must be presented within 14 days of the date on the check.

Our refund policy does not apply to bulk orders = order(s) for the same item/product with a value of over $100.00 by

If an order exceeds a certain quantity of one product/item we might consider this as a bulk order.
Our online calculated USPS flat rate shipping charges do not apply to bulk orders.
